ROOM PREPARATION, TRANSFER AND RETURN

Booked rooms are available to the customer from 14:00 on the agreed day of arrival. The customer has no claim to earlier provision. If you arrive earlier, check-in is possible, luggage can be stored until the booked room is available. On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. After that the "Apart-Pension GILKA" can charge 50% of the full lodging price (list price) until 18:00 hours due to the late evacuation of the room for its use beyond the contract, from 18:00 hours 90%. Contractual claims of the customer are not justified by this. He is at liberty to prove that the "Apart-Pension GILKA" has no or a substantially lower claim to a usage fee.

Check-In

TIMES for KEY TRANSFER / Check-In

Key handover by an employee: Monday - Sunday from 14:00 to 19:00 o'clock

Handover of keys via key safe: Monday - Sunday after 19:00 hrs.

The arrival time has to be communicated to the "Apart-Pension GILKA", because after 19:00 the personal check-in is no longer possible and the key has to be deposited in the key safe (entrance Chodowieckistraße 10).

CANCEL FEE

In the case of change or cancellation of reserved rooms, an invoice will be issued:

• Cancellation before the 7th day before arrival are free.
• All later cancellations will be charged at 80% of total overnight stays.
• Non-arrival / No Show will be charged with 100% of total overnight stays.
